Le contrat de travail entre le salari\u00e9 et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de payrolling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le mod\u00e8le de payrolling, le professionnel signe un&nbsp;<strong>contrat de travail suisse<\/strong>&nbsp;avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de payrolling. Celle-ci devient l\u2019<strong>employeur officiel<\/strong>. Le contrat de travail peut \u00eatre \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e (CDD) ou ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e (CDI), selon les besoins du client ou du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Type de contrat : CDI ou CDD<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CDI<\/strong>&nbsp;: Il permet d\u2019offrir une continuit\u00e9 de statut salarial m\u00eame entre les missions, sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019accords internes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CDD<\/strong>&nbsp;: Il est utilis\u00e9 pour des missions pr\u00e9cises, sur une dur\u00e9e limit\u00e9e. La relation entre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de payrolling et l&rsquo;entreprise cliente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En payrolling, la&nbsp;<strong>soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de payrolling<\/strong>&nbsp;g\u00e8re les aspects contractuels avec l\u2019employ\u00e9 et facture les prestations \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>entreprise cliente<\/strong>.
