Helvetic Payroll strengthens its GDPR / nLDP compliance

Helvetic Payroll recently completed a compliance project with Datago SA, a Swiss firm specializing in data protection. As part of our alignment with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Swiss FADP (Federal Act on Data Protection), the audit conducted by Datago enabled us to go even further in properly applying these fundamental principles.

A new milestone in our compliance journey

This initiative builds on our ongoing efforts to ensure a high level of security and compliance, following a first technical audit conducted in 2023 with Synacktiv, which focused on the security of our IT infrastructure.

Datago's support also helped us clarify certain legal aspects, adjust our internal procedures, and raise our teams’ awareness of the importance of data confidentiality. This cross-functional effort was an opportunity to further strengthen our internal culture of compliance.
